  2. Thanks Jeff. These are basic questions to ask a prospective client, and this should be discussed in person. I tend to use these questions as a means to pre-qualify the client. It helps them realized that social media requires a true investment.

    As well, by asking them "what" and "how" first, you're able to ask them "why" based off there answers, which I typically do in person. I find the "why" tends to be a harder question for them to answer, and is easier to extract from them during a conversation.

    PS: This is the short form. I have a more in depth one that I use. :P
